Reception and advice to guests at the hotel reception desk
Taking care of the guests during their stay
Insight into the service area - advising and serving guests in the restaurant, at the bar and at events
Preparing offers and invoices
Preparing and checking hotel rooms


Duration of training:

3 years with block instruction at the Calw vocational school

Prerequisite:

Werkrealschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife (intermediate school leaving certificate), Fachabitur (vocational baccalaureate) or Abitur (high school diploma).
